Terms and Conditions - Review Service

These Terms and Conditions describe the contractual and legal relationship between a user of the Livstick Review service ("You") and Livstick S.A.S., the company that created and operates the service ("Livstick" or "We"). Livstick S.A.S. is a French SAS, headquartered at 13 Bis avenue de la Motte-Picquet, 75007 PARIS.

1. Definitions

• LIVSTICK REVIEW: a service enabling a CONSUMER to share a testimony (a MESSAGE) after experiencing a service or product.
• HOST: the legal entity that proposed the product or service to the consumer.
• CONSUMER: The person recording a MESSAGE.
• MESSAGE: video or audio message, possibly enriched with a text message.
• CODE: QR Code or clickable hyperlink to access the service.

2. How to use Livstick Review

CONSUMERS will have access to the LIVSTICK REVIEW service by using a CODE. That CODE will be represented by a QR Code or a hyperlink.

3. Use of the Website

The WEBSITE allows the CONSUMER to record a video or audio message, expressing their feedback.

The CONSUMER agrees to provide Livstick with legitimate and truthful information. Livstick may refuse a MESSAGE that may contain offensive, profane or inappropriate content.

4. Data Privacy

Your personal data may be used to improve the service and generate anonymized analytical reports.

5. User's Rights

In compliance with GDPR (EU) 2016/679, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability.

6. Intellectual Property

Your MESSAGES remain your ownership. You are responsible for your content.

7. Limitation of Liability

THE LIVSTICK SERVICE AND LIVSTICK CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

8. Financial Conditions

The LIVSTICK service is offered by the HOST. Unless specified otherwise, the service is free of charge for the CONSUMER.

9. Termination

If you violate these Terms, we reserve the right to delete your MESSAGE.

11. Dispute Resolution
