As part of our services (video messages and customer reviews), we collect:

  • Required data: video message (recorded or uploaded), email address
  • Optional data: first name, last name, title, year of birth, country of residence, experience rating
  • Automatic data: connection date and time, IP address, device user agent

3. Purpose of Processing

Your data is used to:

  • Provide and improve our video message and customer review services
  • Allow you to modify your messages
  • Notify you when your message is viewed
  • Generate anonymized analytical reports
  • AI analysis of video content (intonation, keywords, coherence) via Vertex AI (Google Cloud) – with no automated decision-making

4. Legal Basis

The processing of your data is based on:

  • Your consent – collected when using the service
  • Contractual necessity – for the performance of the service
  • Legitimate interest – for the improvement of our services

This processing complies with GDPR (EU) 2016/679 and the European AI Act.

5. Hosting and Security

All your data is hosted on Google Cloud Platform, in the europe-west region (data centers in France, Germany, Belgium).

  • AES-256 encryption at rest
  • TLS 1.3 encryption in transit
  • Isolated project with restricted access

6. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access to your personal data
  • Right to rectification of inaccurate data
  • Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
  • Right to restriction of processing
  • Right to object to processing
  • Right to data portability
  • Right to withdraw consent at any time
