Service "Video Message": allows a video message to be linked to an order or a purchase

Service "Review": collects structured customer reviews following the use of a service or product

  • video message (which you either record or upload)
  • email address

  • personally identifiable information (First name, Last name, Title, and in some cases Year of birth and Country of residence)
  • experience rating
• Automatically recorded data each time you connect to our platform:
  • date and time of connection
  • IP address used
  • device's user agent

We also use video analysis tools based on artificial intelligence (AI) to extract relevant information from the content you submit (intonation, keywords, verbal and non-verbal coherence). These tools are provided by Vertex AI (Google Cloud) via the Gemini 2.0 Flash model, with no automated decision-making: results are always manually reviewed and validated before any use or sharing.

Your data is securely hosted on Google Cloud Platform, in an isolated project in the europe-west region, with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit.
