Brand & control

Your legal documents, inside the gift journey.

Three slots on your platform hold your privacy policy, your terms of service and your legal mentions — Livstick places them in the journey; the wording stays yours.

Where it acts

From the first screen to the back office.

The journey carries your name, your colours and your tone. A recipient who taps “Privacy policy” under a branded screen expects your policy, not a supplier’s.

  2. Review Held for a person
  3. Deliver The container opens
  4. Reveal The recipient plays it
  • Before the first screen

An optional gate shows your privacy policy before any screen.

  • In the footer, everywhere

One link per published document, on recording and viewing screens alike.

  • After recording, on the form

A terms box that has to be ticked, your own wording beside it.

  • In the back office

Uploaded per platform, replaced without touching the journey.

How it works

The legal texts around the gift are yours, not ours.

Good to know

Three slots, and what they never claim.

A legal capability is only useful if its limits are as plain as its options.

  • Three documents, PDF, 10 MB each

One slot per type, per platform — no fourth slot, and no document editor. In the full header-and-footer variant, your own hosted URL takes priority over the PDF.

  • One document per type

The journey receives documents keyed by type alone, with no selection rule: publish one multilingual PDF per type, as production programmes do.

  • The gate blocks, it does not record

Acceptance lives in the visitor’s browser, and the terms box blocks submission without being stored with the message. Both are gates; neither is evidence.

  • Switching the gate on

The gate isn’t in the self-serve services list, so our team switches it on. Scoping is also when you name where Cancel sends someone.

Three PDFs, live on every screen

Legal hands over three PDFs. They appear in the footer from the first recording screen to the reveal, and where a market requires it, the acceptance gate is switched on.

Legal pages stay on the brand’s site

This brand already hosts its policy and legal notice. Rather than uploading copies that would drift, the footer points at those URLs, and its legal team writes the sentence beside the box.

FAQ

Questions your legal team will ask first.

Where do they appear in the journey?

As footer links on every recording and viewing screen. A slot left empty produces no link at all, never a dead one.

Can we require acceptance before anyone starts?

Yes. An optional gate shows your privacy policy with Agree and Cancel ahead of any screen of the journey.

Is ticking the terms box optional?

No. It is always required and cannot be switched off: the form stays invalid until it is ticked. Your own sentence and links sit beside it, per language.

Is the acceptance stored with the message?

No. Ticking the box lets the form submit, but the acceptance is not stored on the message. Opt-ins declared on your platform are different, and those do travel with it — see GDPR & Consent.

Your legal team already wrote the documents. Let’s put them where they’re read.
