Contacts with consent, ready for your CRM.

Name your consent options, collect them when people record, and pull contacts and opt-ins through the API on your schedule.

Yesterday’s contacts and the boxes they ticked, read with a key scoped to your programme.

Where it acts

A tick box is only worth something if you can read it back.

A recording that ends with a form carries the sender’s contact details and an answer to each consent option you declared.

  1. Record The sender films CRM Integration acts hereHere
  2. Review Held for a person
  3. Deliver The container opens
  4. Reveal The recipient plays it
  • Recording

One checkbox per option you declared, in the form the sender fills in.

  • The key

A credential constrained to your own programme — not a general-purpose one.

  • API

Contacts and their answers come back with the message, filtered by date range.

  • Retention

The archiving delay you set is also your deadline.

How it works

Ticked once. Read on your schedule.

  1. Ticked

One box per option you named, in the recording form.

  2. nightly-sync
    # every morning at 06:00GET /api/v3/messages ?from=…&to=… &limit=200

    Pulled

A scheduled job reads the day’s messages with a scoped key.

  3. Customer record Your CRM
    • Name Camille R.
    • Newsletter Opt-in
    • CRM consent Yes

    Mapped

Your team maps the fields once; each run creates or enriches a record.

Good to know

The platform stops where your job starts.

What the platform hands over, and the point where the hand-off stops.

  • A CRM opt-in is an option you name

Short keys declared on the programme — a newsletter one and a CRM one are the usual pair. Nothing is collected if the journey has no form.

  • You pull, we don’t push

A key restricted to your programme and to reading messages: 200 records per page, filtered on a date range. Nothing leaves on its own.

  • Retention closes the window

Once your archiving delay is reached, message data is erased — contact details and consent answers with it. The sync has to run inside that window.

  • Field mapping

The exact key each answer is stored under depends on the recorder generation your journey runs on.

    Settled at scoping

From a ticked box to a line in your database.

Morning sync Your job
  1. 06:00 Yesterday’s messages requested
  2. 06:01 Pages read, 200 at a time
  3. 06:03 Opted-in contacts added
Retail gift cards

A card bought at night, a customer record by morning.

A job runs at dawn, asks for yesterday’s messages by date range and walks the pages. Every ticked CRM box creates or enriches a customer file.

A sales associate hands a wrapped gift bag to a customer at the counter Newsletter opt-in
Gift wrapping counter

A counter visit that leaves more than a receipt.

The customer records a message while the gift is wrapped. Name, email and newsletter opt-in land in the loyalty database.

FAQ

What to settle before the first sync.

Which contact details can we get back?

Whatever your recording form collects — typically first name, last name and email — attached to the message itself, not to a separate export.

How do we know who opted in?

Every option you declare comes back as its own answer, on the same record as the contact.

Can we sync only what changed since last time?

Not as such. The date filter is on when a message was created, not when it was updated: a catch-up is a sliding window, not a cursor.

Do you push the data into our CRM?

No. You pull it with a scoped key, on your own schedule. There is no packaged connector for a named CRM.

The form is already filled in. The rest is one scheduled call.
